LedgerLeopard does its utmost to fulfill all agreements and provide customers with optimal service. However, you may not be satisfied with a product, service, or delivery. For this, we have drawn up this complaint procedure to make it easier for you to let us know what's going on.
Do you have a complaint?
We find this very regrettable. We think it is crucial to hear when you have a complaint or comment. Only then can we do our best to work with you to find a quick and adequate solution. This will make sure we can optimize the process for the future. There are two ways to send a complaint. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to complaints@ledgerleopard.com. When will you receive an answer to your complaint?
LedgerLeopard will contact you as soon as possible, this means no later than two business days. If we still need more time, we will let you know within this period when you can expect an answer.
